When you take veganism and mix it with the Paleo diet you get Peganism. What started off as a joke to end dieting, Mark Hyman made a very precise book about the importance of both plant-based meals as well as including ethically sourced, high nutrient meat. An easy to follow to health book with major information about the growing problems related to how many families eat today.
