06/18/2021I was only interested in this book because since the beginning of this pandemic, no one was really talking about the importance of nutrition in regards to fighting off infections. It was a very well written book that sadly places too much emphasis on the current pandemic versus the nutrition aspect of it BUT it is a great read for anyone wanting an unbiased viewpoint about Covid-19
